- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market analysis, competitor research, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

- Ensure consistent application of brand standards and sales best practices across all properties in the cluster.
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
