About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, warehouse management, stock accuracy, and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, improving operational efficiency, managing warehouse teams, and ensuring seamless inventory control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise inventory and warehouse operations to ensure efficient stock management.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, deliveries, and shipments using inventory management systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy across all locations.
- Analyze inventory trends, demand patterns, and supply levels to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Manage employee schedules and warehouse resources to optimize productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to reduce inventory holding costs and improve supply chain performance.
- Generate inventory reports, KPIs, and operational insights for senior management.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of inventory personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory management best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Degree/Diploma in Materials Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Experience in inventory forecasting, stock planning, and inventory analysis.
- Professional certifications in Inventory, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management will be considered a plus.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
