Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to identify potential prospects, initiate conversations, follow up with leads, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Engage with potential clients and qualify their interest
- Book appointments with qualified prospects
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and spreadsheets
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
- Coordinate with the team to improve outreach performance
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle objections and continue conversations professionally
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Reliable laptop and internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients (US, Canada, UAE)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and outreach tools
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
