For Hitachi Air Conditioner Service Centre
Age: 25–40 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend Customer Calls
- Coordinate & Assign Jobs to Technicians
- Follow Up on Service Complaints & AMC Customers
- Maintain Service Records, Data Entry & Reporting
- Ensure Smooth Daily Service Centre Operations
Requirements:
- Graduate Preferred
- Computer Knowledge Essential
- Good Communication & Coordination Skills
- Experience in Service Centre, Back Office or Customer Support Preferred
- Training Will Be Provided
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives
