Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven BDM/BDE to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and other platforms
- Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, Web Development, etc.)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Collaborate with internal team for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Maintain sales pipeline and track progress
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in business development / sales
- Experience in digital marketing agency or IT services preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach
- Understanding of international markets (Australia preferred) is a plus
