Job Role(FEMALES):
Help customers book cabs and solve their ride-related problems through phone, chat, or email.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and messages.
- Help customers book, cancel, or change cab rides.
- Give information about fares, pickup time, and driver details.
- Solve customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinate with drivers for smooth pickups and drop-offs.
- Update customer details in the system.
- Provide polite and friendly customer service.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Qualification:
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
