KRA and KPI
1. Responsible for Patient Care coordination by:
a) Timely allocation of Nurses as per clinical requirements.
b) Communicating with patients NOK for feedback and service improvement (Critical requirement)
c) Communicating with patients for service continuation and billing renewals. (Critical requirement)
d) Communicating and collaborating with Nurses for smooth service delivery (Critical requirement)
2. Responsible for Nurse management through:
a) Roster management
b) Leave management
c) Attrition management (Critical requirement)
3. Reports and MIS
a) Updating days activity in the web portal (Critical requirement)
b) Creating Xcel or other MIS reports as and when required.
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
