Architect – Interior Design
Location
Nallagandla Bypass Road, Serilingampalle, Hyderabad, Telangana
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project objectives.
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare space planning, layout plans, and design presentations.
- Create detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and visualization presentations.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and execution teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design quality.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest architecture, interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of experience in architecture or residential interior design.
- Strong understanding of space planning, construction drawings, and interior detailing.
- Excellent knowledge of residential interior execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit
- V-Ray
Preferred Skills
- Strong creative and visualization abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
