HR Executive
Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Manage employee details, attendance records, and HR reports.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Immediate joiners are required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
