Department &Role : Adhesive - DSR (Direct Sales Representative)
Location - Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
Salary Structure -
CTC - 3 LPA
Net Take Home - 20,500 per month + TA + Incentives.
Job Purpose -
Create sustainable demand for Adhesives products – Trugrip Ultra, Loctite range, and Masking Tapes.
Main Responsibilities -
- Open plywood shops outside of Paints dealer network.
- Identify and open hardware shops for sale of Loctite range. Work with end users (carpenters, furniture manufacturers, flex manufacturers, stone masons, PVC door manufacturers, etc.) to identify opportunities and generate leads for secondary liquidation.
- Ensure stocking and re-ordering within Paints dealer network
- Ensure Secondary treasury sales liquidation from retailers & distributors
- Regular Market Information and Reporting.
- Marketing Activities Shop meets/carpenter meets. Liquidation of secondary sales.
Atleast 6 months Sales experience is required.
Experience in sales for paints/Adhesives/Chemical products can be preferred.
