Program Overview
The Management Internship Program – 2026 is designed to create a strong pipeline of future professionals Finance. Interns will work on real business initiatives, gain hands‑on exposure to corporate processes, and be evaluated through structured performance reviews and a final assessment. High‑performing interns will be considered for full‑time roles based on business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Management Intern, you will be aligned to one of the functional areas based on your background and business needs. Responsibilities may include:

Supporting day‑to‑day operations and execution within the assigned function

Assisting in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and MIS preparation

Coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders and internal teams

Supporting process documentation, improvement initiatives, and governance activities

Assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of functional programs or initiatives

Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and documentation

Participating in reviews, feedback sessions, and learning assignments
Functional Exposure Includes:

Finance: MIS, budgeting support, cost analysis, reconciliations, audits, and financial controls
Eligibility Criteria

2026 passouts pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM / MMS (Finance)

Strong academic background with interest in corporate and consulting environments
