The Head of HR will serve as a strategic partner in driving Sujay’s Healthcare Group’s mission of patient-centric excellence. This role requires balancing operational HR functions with forward-looking initiatives in workforce development, compliance, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead recruitment for clinical, administrative, and support staff.
- Build partnerships with dental/medical colleges for talent pipelines.
- Design training programs, CME credits, and career progression pathways.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a patient-first, collaborative work culture.
- Implement wellness and employee support initiatives.
- Drive diversity, inclusion, and ethical practices.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll, onboarding, and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, NABH/JCI accreditation standards.
- Develop HR-led crisis and emergency response protocols.
- Digital HR Transformation
- Introduce HRIS tools for analytics, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Use data insights to forecast staffing needs and reduce attrition.
- Strategic Contribution
- Support expansion plans with scalable HR models.
- Benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Hospital Management (preferred).
- 3–5 years of progressive HR leadership experience in healthcare or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, accreditation standards, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS, analytics, and digital HR tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
