As a Creative Production Executive, you will work closely with the Creative Director and Production team to coordinate the day-to-day execution of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that creative decisions are translated into clear production plans, priorities are communicated effectively, dependencies are managed proactively, and projects remain aligned with quality,timelines, and business objectives. This role requires exceptional communication, organization, ownership, and the ability to work confidently with both creative and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Work closely with the Creative Director to understand creative priorities, feedback, and project direction.
● Translate creative discussions into clear production tasks, milestones, and execution plans.
● Coordinate with artists, supervisors, leads, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
● Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
● Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure work progresses on schedule.
● Identify risks early and proactively recommend practical solutions.
● Maintain production trackers, reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
● Coordinate internal reviews, client reviews, approvals, and action items.
● Ensure creative feedback is communicated clearly and implemented accurately.
● Build visibility across projects through regular reporting and production updates.
● Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement of production workflows.
● Help build a culture of ownership, accountability, and production discipline across teams.
