Job Title: Career Advisor
Job Location- Barasat (Kolkata) / Behala (Kolkata)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Calling: Follow up on digital inquiries, handle walk-ins, and manage a strong lead pipeline.
- Student & Parent Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand student goals and build trust-based communication with parents.
- Course Guidance: Present specialized media courses—such as 3D animation, visual effects (VFX), gaming, and design—matching student interests with the right program.
- Objection Handling: Address questions regarding tuition fees, return on investment , career scope, and job placements in the AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics) sector.
- Admission & Documentation: Explain fee structures, EMI options, and complete error-free enrollment documentation.
- Data Management: Update and maintain daily lead statuses and follow-ups in the center's TeleCRM software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A college graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Generally 2 to 6 years of experience in education sales, counseling, or high-value course admissions.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, persuasive speaking, active listening, basic computer/CRM literacy, and a basic understanding of the media and entertainment industry.
- Performance Metrics: Evaluated based on daily call targets, walk-ins generated, enquiry-to-admission conversion ratios, and overall revenue target achievements. [1]
Working Hours – 10 am to 7 pm (Monday To Saturday) (Sunday Closed)
- Full-Time (6 Days a Week)
