Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, social media, SEO, and online campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting campaigns) and optimize ROI
- Handle social media strategy, content planning, and engagement growth
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Coordinate with design/content teams for creative assets and marketing materials
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and budget allocation
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Generate monthly performance reports and present insights to management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools
- Good understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and creative thinking ability
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in performance marketing and ROI-driven campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Basic understanding of website CMS (WordPress or similar)
- Experience in B2B/B2C lead generation environments
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead generation volume and quality
- Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Website traffic growth (organic + paid)
- Conversion rate optimization
- Social media engagement and growth metrics
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
