Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
- Create, maintain, and process purchase orders, sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits by preparing financial records and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and management reports.
- Handle GST and TDS calculations, return filings, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and expense records.
- Verify financial transactions and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, vendors, and banks regarding financial matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory regulations.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Experience in audit support, bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and financial reconciliation.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, SUMIFS, Charts, Reports).
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (internship experience is also considered).
- Knowledge of auditing and financial reconciliation is preferred.
- Zoho Books Certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or Busy.
- Knowledge of audit processes and financial documentation.
- Understanding of financial controls and compliance procedures.

From ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
