About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Canadian travel market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Amadeus GDS, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries for the Canadian market.
- Assist customers with domestic and international flight bookings, itinerary planning, fare quotations, ticketing, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings.
- Use Amadeus GDS to search, reserve, modify, and issue airline tickets.
- Provide customers with the best travel options based on their preferences and budget.
- Ensure accurate booking documentation while maintaining high service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
- Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Canadian Travel Market.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and sales abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
