Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Recruiters to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable working independently while meeting hiring targets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and references.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Identify suitable candidates based on job specifications.
2. Screening & Interview Coordination
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Client Requirement Management
- Understand job requirements shared by clients.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
4. Offer & Joining Coordination
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer discussions.
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding activities.
- Track candidate joining status and minimize drop-offs.
5. Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Share daily and weekly hiring updates.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in Healthcare, IT, or non-IT hiring is preferred.
- Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sourcing and screening abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
