What You'll Do:
o Assist in defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on business objectives, user feedback, and market trends.
o Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements. Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for new features.
o Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of product features.
o Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for product improvement. development progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely releases.
o Support user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
o Track product performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to evaluate success against KPIs
o Troubleshoot, document and coordinate with relevant teams to address product queries in a timebound manner.
o Recommend adjustments to features or strategies based on performance insights.
o Liaise with marketing and customer success teams to ensure product messaging and user adoption are aligned with business goals.
o Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
o Stay updated with target market and industry trends and newer technologies.
o Explore and identify product-level integrations and new business opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications:
o 1 to 2 years of experience in a product team.
o B. Tech (or similar) degree from a reputed institute or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data and metrics.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
o Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Figma, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
o Good understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
o Ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities.
o Proven ability to demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving.
o Meticulous with an eye for detail.
o Going beyond the call of duty.
o Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
