Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and compliance standards.
- Control inventory, stock management, and cost optimization.
- Drive sales, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and corporate teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Experience in premium dining, nightlife, or high-volume restaurants will be preferred.
