What You’ll Do
- Identify & Appoint: onboard high-potential retail distributors to expand Taazameatonline’s ready to cook meat market reach.
- Network Scaling: Strategically map territories and appoint the right partners to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary bridge between the company and new distributors, ensuring seamless onboarding and alignment with company policies.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor distribution models and supply chain networks to keep us ahead of the curve.
- appoint & assign suitable sales team to support secondary sales, its like a one man army, you will be the ultimate authority of your region
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years of solid experience in frozen products only. people not from frozen channel please dont apply
- Skills: good contacts with distributors, ability to convert experiance into business.
- Network: An existing, strong network of distributors and cold-chain/logistics partners is required.
- Drive: A self-starter who thrives on targets and loves the hustle of scaling a growing brand.
