Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred in JEE/NEET/6–10 segment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive student enrolments for online programs (JEE, NEET & Grades 6–10)
- Counsel students and parents, recommending suitable courses
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion
- Generate leads through field activities and other sources
- Maintain and update student data in CRM
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain pipeline
- Conduct sessions and coordinate with internal teams
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in counselling/sales (education sector preferred)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Language Preference: Hindi/English (Regional language is a plus)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh (Meerut): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
