Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and presentable Receptionist / Front Desk Executive with 2–3 years of experience in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently while also supporting basic HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls in a professional manner (EPBAX handling)
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain records through log books
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services (inward/outward)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Assist with basic HR operational tasks as required
Requirements & Skills:
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
- Experience working in a corporate setup
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Familiarity with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
