To be a successful Content Creator, one should be familiar with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new businesses.
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our real estate team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging and informative content to promote our real estate listings, brand, and services. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling written and visual content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement and leads.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistency with our overall branding and marketing goals.
- Develop and execute a content strategy to enhance our online presence and showcase our real estate offerings effectively.
- Manage and maintain our content calendar to ensure timely delivery and consistency in content distribution.
- Research, produce, and distribute engaging material (videos, graphics, blogs) across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and websites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry is an add on advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and Content creation platforms included Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
