Relevant Experience Required:
1. 8-12 years in Engineering Service Industry
2. Experience in BIW Validation, Body Assembly process & Sequence
3. Experience in PLM, Team Centre, NX
4. Experience in Fixture Design
5. Participation in physical build
6. Programming in Python/C# will be added advantage

1. Knowledge of BIW Assembly Sequences
2. Very good Knowledge of Fixtures & Grippers Design & Standards
3. Very good at Locator Datums Definition & Geo Station Planning
4. Knowledge of BIW Production equipment
5. Knowledge of BIW Manufacturing Standards
6. Very good concepts of GD & T
7. Experience with Manual and Automatic Stations Design
8. Knowledge of Safety and Ergonomics Standards
9. BIW Product Knowledge and Process Knowledge in Body Shop Assembly Process
10. Good Analytical skills & Problem-solving Approach
11. Good Coordination & Mentoring skills
12. Team Player
