About the Role
Yuvau Digital is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented HR Cum Counsellor who can handle student counselling, lead follow-ups, admissions, and basic HR responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with students, candidates, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Admissions
- Handle incoming student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Counsel students about Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend the right course.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Schedule and coordinate demo classes and counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records.
- Build positive relationships with students and resolve basic queries.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong calling and counselling abilities.
- Good follow-up and sales mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle WhatsApp and CRM/lead data.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of work.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Education Counselling, Telecalling, Admissions, HR, or Sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Must be comfortable with calling and monthly admission targets.
