About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT products/services (software development, IT consulting, SaaS, staffing, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Research and qualify potential clients/prospects in target markets (domestic/international)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT solutions/services
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients
- Coordinate with technical/delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report to management regularly
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
