Job Description: Business Development Executive
Experience- 1-4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
· Research and identify potential clients by conducting deep market research using various tools (LinkedIn, databases, company websites, etc.).
· Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects through data mining, focusing on Marketing and Sales decision-makers (CMOs, VPs, Directors).
· Initiate cold calls to targeted decision-makers, establishing first contact to introduce the company’s services, solutions, and value proposition.
· Effectively communicate the company’s portfolio, success stories, and case studies, tailoring conversations to meet the needs and pain points of prospects.
· Follow up on generated leads and drive outbound efforts to engage with prospects.
· Develop and maintain a strong lead pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of all activities in the CRM system.
· Conduct follow-up communications (emails, calls, LinkedIn messaging, etc.) to nurture relationships with potential clients, helping to move prospects through the sales funnel.
· Work closely with the Leadership team to align on campaign objectives, goals and targets to craft customized outreach campaigns and build messaging that resonates with the target audience.
· Set up qualified meetings or product demos for the senior sales team and work closely with them to transition leads.
Required Experience and Skills:
· Dynamic, high-energy sales professional with 2-3.5 years successful experience in a Business Development role in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with experience in selling to IT/ITES/KPO enterprises in Indian markets.
· Ability to identify decision-makers, and clearly and persuasively articulate the client’s services, products, and business values.
· Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.
· Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with the sales process in general, and experience using Salesforce.com or any other CRM system.
· Be self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
