Fashion Designer – Job Description Location: Surat Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 (Based on Experience) Key Responsibilities - Design innovative and trend-focused apparel collections. - Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and market demands. - Create sketches, tech packs, and design concepts. - Coordinate with sampling, production, and merchandising teams. - Select fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments. - Ensure designs meet quality standards and brand requirements. - Make design modifications based on feedback and production needs. - Stay updated with the latest fashion and textile trends. Requirements - Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field. - Experience in garment or textile design preferred. - Strong creativity and attention to detail. - Knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an advantage. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
