Job Summary :
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. General Accounting: Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
2. Invoice Management: Process purchase and sales invoices and ensure they are accurately entered into the accounting system.
3. Reconciliations: Help with monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
4. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounts payable and receivable.
5. Data Entry: Ensure the accurate entry of financial transactions into accounting software or systems.
6. Tax Filing Support: Assist in preparing tax-related documentation and filing requirements under supervision.
7. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing basic financial reports like profit and loss statements, trial balance, etc.
8. Audit Support: Help in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.
9. Miscellaneous: Provide support to senior team members in ad-hoc tasks related to accounts and finance.
Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
