Job description
MIS Preparation & Reporting
- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports for tracking business performance (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Design dashboards and scorecards to monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
- Automate recurring MIS reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management with high accuracy and clarity.
- Customize reports based on stakeholder requirements (finance, operations, management).
2. KPI Tracking & Performance Monitoring
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions.
- Analyse variances in KPIs vs targets/budgets and highlight key deviations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand performance drivers and improvement areas.
- Ensure real-time tracking of critical metrics through dashboards/tools.
3. Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Translate data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Support management in strategic decision-making through analytical reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis based on business requirements.
4. Costing & Financial Analysis
- Understand end-to-end cost structure across the business cycle (procurement to final output).
- Analyse cost elements such as raw materials, logistics, operations, overheads, etc.
- Assist in standard costing, budgeting, and cost optimisation exercises.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Support financial planning team with data inputs and analysis.
5. Market Data & Pricing Analysis
- Track external market data such as commodity prices, freight rates, and industry benchmarks.
- Analyse price trends and their impact on business costs and margins.
- Provide insights for pricing strategies and cost competitiveness.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
