We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Branch Manager to lead our EdTech training center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing daily branch operations, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring excellent student experience, and achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the Sales, Academic Counselling, , Admin, Placement, and Training teams.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion to admissions.
- Ensure excellent student onboarding, support, and satisfaction.
- Develop local marketing strategies and build partnerships with colleges, schools, and corporate organizations.
- Monitor branch expenses, revenue, and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Resolve student and staff concerns effectively.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
