Netcraftz Edutech is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company's growth by promoting its educational programs, training solutions, and career development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, enhancing brand visibility, and driving student enrollments through both digital and offline channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote courses, training programs, and educational services.
- Create and manage promotional content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing collateral.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing channels.
Lead Generation & Student Acquisition
- Identify and engage prospective students through various marketing activities.
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, educational seminars, and promotional events.
- Work closely with the admissions and counseling teams to improve conversion rates.
- Track and report lead generation and enrollment metrics.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
- Gather student feedback and market insights to improve marketing strategies.
Partnerships & Events
- Support collaborations with colleges, training institutes, corporate partners, and industry associations.
- Represent Netcraftz Edutech at educational fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.
- Assist in organizing campus outreach programs and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech, education, training, or service industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management platforms.
- Creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
