The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication, and oversight of the application lifecycle from conception through deployment, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing distributed computing environments.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance best practices within cloud ecosystems.
