Key Responsibility:
· Responsible to lead the team of Production engineers for streamlining daily production systems and process
· Establishment of the Plant as an independent Profit Centre.
· Responsible for achieving targets for the entire line of production (In-house, Outsourced & Onsite)
· Responsible for providing total solution Planning, Designing, Production, Purchase, Quality Certification, with timely delivery of finished quality products. etc.
· To maintain Quality Checks and Standards as per prescribed norms of various quality certifying agencies and work towards manufacturing value adding engineering products.
· Possess good Functional Skills with in-depth knowledge of Process, Product and end application.
· Possess Good analytical and problem solving skills along with Presentation, Communication and Convincing skills
· Effective implementation of ISO quality standards
· Prior exp. of handling over all responsibilities of shop floor & ERP system operating (Must).
· Responsible for production of castings.
· Responsible yield improvement & cost cutting Measures & productivity improvement.
· Responsible for new casting development including pattern design.
· Sourcing of raw material from new supplier’s / vendor development.
Inventory control in Foundry Raw materials as well as castings.
