Job Overview:
Yugaltech Academy is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Explain program features, career outcomes, and placement support
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication
- Maintain follow-ups and update CRM regularly
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Eligibility:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (Freshers can apply)
