The Delivery Management Professional (SE5) independently manages the delivery of IT solutions or products, solves problems within their scope, builds stakeholder relationships, and aligns work with broader objectives while supporting team development.In this role, you will take ownership of clearly defined tasks, small to medium-sized projects, or initiatives, contributing to larger project scopes. Depending on the organization's needs, you may operate within role archetypes such as Project Manager or Scrum Master.

Who you are: We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives on delivery and collaboration:
•
Experienced in IT delivery, with a track record of managing small to medium-sized initiatives or workstreams within a larger product context.
•
ERP Specialist with specific experience delivering projects within Enterprise Resource Planning environments.
•
Knowledgeable across functional domains such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or Commercial.
•
Analytically minded with the ability to independently solve problems, question assumptions, and propose improvements based on root-cause analysis.
•
Strong Communicator capable of building rapport, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating productive team discussions.
•
Certified Professional with project management training such as PMP or SAFe certification.
•
Educated Professional with a relevant degree and years of experience demonstrating growing autonomy and expertise in project/product delivery.
