About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Marketing Coordinator to supportthe end-to-end execution of our physical events. In this role, you will be the engine behind ourevent marketing effortsfrom building registration pages and sourcing target attendees, tomanaging project timelines and designing promotional assets. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented professional who blends technical tool proficiency with a strong understanding of event logistic.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management: Support the complete workflow and lifecycle of physical events,ensuring all moving parts are aligned and deadlines are met.
Web & Asset Management: Author, edit, and update event-specific landing pages to driveregistrations and communicate event details.
Attendee Sourcing: Proactively identify and build lists of target event attendees using dataplatforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
Project Tracking: Utilize Jira to track daily tasks, manage tickets, and maintain accurateevent timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
Creative Production: Design and produce event images, promotional banners, and socialassets using Canva, strictly utilizing and adhering to existing brand templates.
Data Hygiene: Validate and clean event prospect lists using NeverBounce to ensure highdeliverability for outreach campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
Event Experience: Solid understanding of physical event workflows, lifecycles, and on-the ground logistics.
Tool Proficiency: * High proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo forlead generation and attendee sourcing.Advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets (for data manipulation/reporting) andGoogle Slides (for presentations).Hands-on experience using Jira for project management and ticketing.Creative Skills: Proven ability to quickly generate brand-aligned graphics and assets usingCanva.
Communication: Professional-level fluency in English (both written and verbal) with strongcopywriting skills for landing pages and clear internal communication.
Attributes: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple timelines simultaneously, andcomfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
