We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function of our fitness centre. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Monitor daily sales activities, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Drive membership acquisition through walk-ins, referrals, corporate partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure effective lead generation and lead management processes.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
- Conduct sales training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop corporate sales opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase business revenue.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Support member retention initiatives by working closely with operations and customer service teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
