MK Sales is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Siliguri. This role is pivotal in expanding our market footprint across two primary sectors: Road Safety Infrastructure and Steel/Structural Materials.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our diverse product portfolio.
Key Product Portfolio
- Road Safety: Crash Barriers, Road Studs, and miscellaneous road safety products.
- Structural Steel: MS Pipes, ERW Pipes, TMT Bars, MS Rectangular Bars, and related materials.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients, including construction firms, government contractors (PWD/NHAI), and private developers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial cold calling and site visits to negotiation and closing.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local infrastructure projects in North Bengal and neighboring regions to position our products effectively.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales targets, market trends, and competitor activity to the management team.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, building materials, or steel industry (preferred).
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Siliguri market and surrounding industrial hubs.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Bengali; basic English is a plus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to read technical specifications, and a "go-getter" attitude.
- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for frequent local travel and site visits.
