About the Role
Rubix Enterprises, an Ad. & Marketing Agency, is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Designer to create engaging content to handle and grow our social media presence.
We are looking for someone who can create visually engaging content, good understanding of social media trends, content styles. You will be responsible for designing social media creatives, carousels, reels, GIFs, and short videos, while maintaining the overall visual identity of the agency across social platforms.

Responsibilities
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, and marketing materials.
- Create and edit engaging reels and short form video content.
- Manage and maintain the agency’s Instagram page.
- Plan and schedule social media content regularly.
- Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends and viral content formats.
- Collaborate on creative campaigns, content ideas, and marketing concepts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects & video editing skills is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and social media.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and design sense.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
