- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and enter new markets
- Identify, pitch, and close high-value B2B/B2C deals through consultative selling
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise clients, channel partners, and strategic alliances
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the business development/sales team
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, pricing strategies, and P&L responsibility
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and close complex deals
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations for go-to-market plans
- Present MIS, revenue reports, and growth plans to senior management
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
