We are looking for the profile of
EV Business Development and Charging Manager,
a full-time role in MSIL, and we are looking at people who have the passion to change the landscape of the Automobile industry.
Role Description:
EV Charging Infrastructure Deployment and Management
- Building of Charging Strategy for the assigned market, identification of uncovered geographies and propose optimal solutions aligned with the overall roadmap
- Deployment of Charging Stations at Dealerships and other Public Locations – Single Point of Contact for all charging requirements of the assigned market
- Monitor performance of Chargers operations, maintenance & ensure high utilization (SOP adherence, manpower training)
- Evaluate community charging proposals, align on partnership terms; Identify Top Real Estate players and establish relationship
- Co-ordinate with Vendors, Charging Partners, Real Estate Partners for timely installation and O&M of Site
- Monitor Home Charger Installation process, review dealer wise performance, organize trainings and ensure adherence to defined SOPs
- Planning, organization, and co-ordination of maintenance audits of Charging Infrastructure
Qualification
MBA Full time ( from UGC/AICTE approved college/institute)
Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Network development, Channel Partner management, Charger Deployment role
Experience with OEMs will be preferred
Candidate should be open to travel on the field/across the allocated zone to drive business outcomes
