Job Description – Customer Relation Executive (Service)

Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive for the Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, service follow-ups, appointment coordination, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls and service-related enquiries professionally
- Coordinate service appointments and follow-up schedules
- Maintain customer records and update service data accurately
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service status
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure timely communication between customers and service advisors
- Support the service team in achieving customer satisfaction targets
- Make reminder calls for periodic services and pending works
- Maintain proper documentation and daily reports
Requirements
- Any Degree or Plus Two qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Customer handling experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
