Production Supervisor
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Handle manpower allocation, attendance, discipline, and shift-wise work distribution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and process parameters.
- Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
- Monitor machine performance, production output, rejection, wastage, and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams for smooth production.
- Prepare daily production reports and support continuous improvement activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
