Key Responsibilities
- Sales Pitching: Contact potential and existing customers to present company products, explain features, and articulate benefits using prepared or adaptive scripts.
- Lead Conversion: Persuade hesitant leads, overcome objections, and successfully close sales over the phone.
- Relationship Building: Understand specific customer needs to recommend upgrades, cross-sell, or secure repeat business.
- Admin & Reporting: Accurately log call notes, customer data, and transaction details into the CRM database.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales quotas.
Essential Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a clear, persuasive speaking voice.
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection calmly, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Product Knowledge: A strong capacity to learn and stay updated on product features, pricing, and market trends.
- Tech-Savviness: Basic familiarity with telephone systems, dialing software, and CRM platforms
- Education: Typically requires a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹29,139.56 per month
