Role Overview
Responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing end-to-end sales in the recruitment/staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and onboard new clients
- Manage complete sales cycle: pitching to closure
- Understand client hiring needs and offer solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/BD (recruitment preferred)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools
- Target-driven and proactive mindset
