URGENT HIRING - Admission Counsellors
Arose Education is a well-established coaching institute for Classes 9–12, known for strong academic results and parent trust. We are hiring Admission Counsellors who can confidently guide students and parents and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, fees, and the admission process
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain enquiry and admission data using Excel
- Conduct timely follow-ups to close admissions
- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets
Eligibility and Skills Required
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
- Excellent spoken English; Hindi required
- Strong communication, counselling, and convincing skills
- Comfortable dealing with parents and senior students
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Confident, professional, and target-driven
- Willing to work on weekends with a weekly off on a weekday
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Experience in admissions or education sales is preferred
Salary and Benefits
- ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (fixed plus incentives)
- Performance-based admission incentive
