Role Summary: The Client Care Coordianator plays a supportive and service-oriented role in ensuring smooth client functioning and interdepartmental coordination. This role bridges the client experience with operational needs, ensuring the seamless delivery of therapeutic services, supervision of privileges, and coordination of daily routines and special requirements.
- Group Activity Coordination
- Support the facilitation of Saturday Special Activities, helping ensure client participation and safety.
- Client Support & Monitoring
- Outing & External Support
- Escort and support clients during outing programs or external consultations.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily logs related to client behaviour, privileges, and participation. Report incidents and concerns promptly to the Case Manager. Ensure proper documentation of POs, external visits, and tech use monitoring.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
