We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counselor to guide clients through the visa application process. The ideal candidate will provide accurate advice, assist with documentation, ensure compliance with immigration requirements, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the application journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on study, tourist, work, PR, and other visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation.
- Review and verify application documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist clients in completing visa application forms.
- Coordinate with embassies, universities, and other relevant authorities when required.
- Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM or database systems.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, visa policies, and country-specific regulations.
- Achieve monthly counseling and visa conversion targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in visa counseling or immigration consultancy (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Good knowledge of study, tourist, work, and PR visa processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canada, Australia, UK, USA, or Schengen visa processes.
- Sales and client relationship management skills.
- Problem-solving and time management abilities.
Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience
